The research group Digital Humanities for Translation History, Transdisciplinary Linguistics and History of Terminology as well as Terminology Science, under the supervision of Professor Gerhard Budin, develops, adapts and applies digital humanities approaches, technologies and methods for the research fields of translation history, transdisciplinary linguistics and history of terminology as well as terminology science.

Therefore, the research group has three foci:
